The Washington Street Facade is mostly utility access and ventilation. This is an unfortunate design flaw considering Washington Street is a main artery between Newport and Paulus Hook, better suited to retail:

Trump's Jersey City tower continues to rise each week. The tower is now clearly visible from the Palisades cliffs and the New Jersey Turnpike, an icon on the skyline.

The Jersey City Trump Towers are swiftly rising over the powerhouse district. It seems the western tower is about halfway in terms of height.

The Trump Tower is really sprouting quickly above the low skyline of its neighbors. The view along Morgan Street at the corner of Morgan and Washington

The facade along Washington Street; the work crew have recently removed debris and materials from this area. Whether that means Washington is about to become wider or they are just readying for more material, we don't really know.

The Trump Towers complex has been steadily growing, though until this week was not much more than a gray mass of concrete. Finally, the form of a tower is beginning to pop out from the massive base of the building:

The Trump building is progressing quickly with the footprint of the western tower becoming clearly defined. Below, the tower's offset, indented walls will provide plenty of views. Until the second tower is built, no doubt.

Trump Plaza

The Trump towers in Jersey City are aiming to be, at least for a time, the tallest residential towers in the state. Rising just outside the Powerhouse Arts District, the Trump towers will offer The Donald's unique style on the Jersey side of the Hudson. Below, the lower floors have been poured with Columbus Tower rising in the background.




The Trump Plaza towers are bound by Morgan and Bay Streets, just outside the Powerhouse District. Behind the lower floors of the Trump tower is the actual Powerhouse building.
