Crystal Pointe
Crystal Pointe is a residential tower under construction at the end of second street in downtown Jersey City. The tower will have two sides directly on the Hudson River, meaning unprecedented views on the north and eastern sides of the tower.

Two Second Street
Two Second Street has recently gained approval for development. The empty lot from the waterfront park:
