Athena Tower

The Athena Tower, A, is rising just outside of the Jersey City Powerhouse Arts District. The Athena Tower is a luxury condominium building.

Looking west from Second Street it becomes apparent that the Athena Tower is quite unlike the previous residential buildings around it such as the Portofino, Mandalay, or the Marbella.

Athena Gets Brick, Windows

The facade of The Athena building on Washington Blvd in Jersey City started going up on the lower floors as well as the installation of more windows. Below, the windows along Metro Plaza Drive, looking west.

Athena

"A" or Athena, is rising just outside the Powerhouse district along Washington Blvd, bound on two sides by the light rail tracks. Below is view down Washington looking South. The light rail wraps around behind the building in this picture, literally hugging the foundation.
