369 Fifth Street continues to impress with the speed of construction. Copper details have been added and the building itself awaits material for a facade:

369 Fifth Street
It appeared utility work was being done today outside of 369 Fifth Street. Luckily for the workers inside, it appears the building has all its windows installed.
It appears units in the back of the building will have small balconies; a nice feature assuming the lot on Newark Avenue is never developed.

369 Fifth Street
This smallish lot is getting deep pilings pounded into the ground, presumably for a decent sized building. Rumors have it that basement level parking created a need for the heavy metal pilings, and that the building will not be as high as its 12 story neighbor at 380 Newark Avenue.

369 Fifth Street
The site was a warehouse 2 months ago, but at the end of May the structure was ripped down. The original plans called for a two story extension with residential units on top and a garage on the street level. Apparently, that is not what is currently under construction. The site at the corner of Brunswick and Fifth Street has a large crane and massive pilings being pounded into the ground.
