The Sutton is one of several larger buildings being constructed during the first phase of the Liberty Harbor North development. The building sits on the newly created Liberty View Terrace, which is essentially an extension of Barrow Street. Looking east from the Jersey Avenue light rail station provides a good view of the front of the building.

FYI the street name is Liberty View Drive (not Terrace). Also, the front of the Sutton faces south--the back actually faces the lower-rise Liberty Harbor North buildings.
