6,500 Residences at Liberty Harbor?
The massive Liberty Harbor North development received a $60 Million loan that will fund the first phase.
Currently there are plans for 6,000 units of residential housing, but the article sites the developer as saying "The zoning permits more than 6,500 units" and goes onto say that really its up to the market. Since Liberty Harbor might take more than two decades to finish, its likely the market will be more than able to handle all the maximum zoning allowance.
