The southern end of the development along Madison Street from the ShopRite Parking Lot in the northwest corner of Hoboken:
These seem to be pretty much the generic five story condo complex. That being said, we hope these units come with large kitchens, otherwise the only advantage these have -- being directly across the street from the ShopRite (and not much else) -- won't be much of a selling point.
