oh that cleared out lot is going to be a park? thats cool, except i guess that means theres less chance of that triangular lot to the east of athena becoming a park too.

The park will not be the whole lot west of the light rail, but instead a small sliver of land between the light rail line and the lot. I believe Athena Group agreed to develop the lot as a concession. The lot bordered by second st, warren, and first will likely be some sort of development in a few years.
