Gulls Cove

Gulls Cove in downtown Jersey City is a new condominium tower under construction across from the Hudson Bergen Light Rail station at Marin Blvd, part of the Liberty Harbor North Redevelopment Zone

Wow, right on the train tracks eh? Thats awesome for commuting, but awfully noisy at other times dontcha think?

The light rail is relatively quiet during operations. Really it probably depends on how well the buildings are insulated and how thick the glass of the windows are.
