Very disappointing experience. It has potential, but management has let the buildings get very run-down and turned into high turnover, temporary housing.
If you walk through the hallways you will notice the stained carpet, the broken or missing light fixtures, the damaged walls. You may also experience noxious cooking odors and high noise levels.
Just about any other rental building in Jersey City is better, and will certainly be a much better deal.
