Pep Boys To Sprout Tower

A massive tower has been proposed for Metro Plaza’s Pep boys. This is the first tower proposal for the one story high Metro Plaza, a rather unfriendly set of big box stores more appropriate for the ‘burbs than for a downtown neighborhood.
