Columbus Tower: New Towers, Retail

Searching through commercial property listings has revealed two bits of information. First, available retail sites include the north east corner of the tower on Warren and Steuben Streets as well as space on the Columbus side.

But more importantly is the description of phase II: "Preliminary designs for Phase II consist of 1.1 million square feet of either a 30-story office tower or 750 residential units in multiple towers with ancillary retail and parking."

No doubt the final deciding factor will be current market conditions.
